Moby Dick Waterfront Resort Dog-Friendly Etiquette

We're delighted to offer a warm welcome to you and your four-legged companions at Moby Dick Waterfront Resort. To ensure everyone has a paw-sitively wonderful stay, we kindly request your assistance in adhering to our Dog-Friendly Etiquette:

1. Year-Round Doggy Delight; Dogs are always welcome at Moby Dick Waterfront Resort, no matter the season. Let's make every season a tail-wagging experience!

2. One Pup Per Unit; We offer 1 x Pet Friendly Townhouse and are happy to accommodate one furry friend. Please make sure the details of your dog match the information on your booking. We cherish the trust you place in us.

​

3. Sharing Is Caring; To maintain a harmonious atmosphere, we kindly ask that dogs not enter or frolic around the pool area.

​

4. Fur-Friendly Units Only; Please respect that not all of our units are dog-friendly.  Ensure your pup stays exclusively in the approved dog-friendly unit.

​

5. Companionship and Supervision; For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, we request that you keep a watchful eye on your furry companion.  Never leave your pet unattended, whether it's inside or outside your unit, the car, or any other area.

​

6. Responsible Paws; We adhere to New South Wales laws and local council regulations for companion animals.  Aggressive or dangerous dogs are not allowed on the premises.

​

7. Honesty and Openness; If you're bringing a dog, please let us know at the time of booking.  Failure to do so may lead to your booking being forfeited, along with any payments made.

​

8. Leash Up and Enjoy; To ensure safety and respect for all guests, please keep your dog on a leash that's less than 2 metres in length or within your unit throughout your stay.  Sorry, no dog runs, lunge lines, or tethered runs are permitted.

​

9. Keep It Clean; Please pick up after your dog immediately and dispose of their waste in the provided waste bins, not in your unit's bin.  It helps maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all.

​

10. Rinse and Refresh; If your pup needs a wash, our tap at the fishing cleaning table, located on the footpath near the BBQ hut is ready for some refreshing splashes.

​

11. Wagging Tails Only; While we love dogs, we ask that you ensure your furry friend is displaying friendly and non-disruptive behaviour.  Nuisance barking or other anti-social conduct may lead to occupancy termination, with no refund.

​

12. Responsible Pet Parents; Throughout your stay, please take responsibility for managing your dog's behaviour and well-being.

​

13. Leave It as You Found It; Upon check-out, we appreciate it if you can leave your unit clean and tidy.  Additional fees may apply if any extra cleaning is required.

​

14. Right to Refuse; We reserve the right to decline or refuse any dog entry into the resort, at our discretion.

​

15. Your Responsibility; As a guest, you're responsible for any damage or injury caused by your dog, including the associated costs.

​

16. Healthy and Happy Pups; For everyone's well-being, we welcome dogs that are healthy, free of parasites, up to date with vaccinations, and will request proof if necessary.
